These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the On Tour app, website, and related services. By using On Tour, you agree to these terms.
You must be legally able to use our services where you live. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through it.
On Tour currently supports social sign-in methods such as Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In. If access to a third-party sign-in provider is interrupted, your use of the service may also be affected.

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or create in On Tour, but you give us the rights needed to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content to operate the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content, logos, photos, videos, names, or other materials you upload or generate through the service.
On Tour helps users create and join golf tours, invite members, track scores, organize events, share content, and communicate inside groups. You understand that information you post inside a tour may be visible to other members of that tour.
Some features use third-party AI providers to generate outputs such as avatars, logos, and assistant-style responses. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.
Some On Tour features may involve third-party payment processors, vendors, mapping services, analytics tools, notification providers, and other service providers. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for users or the platform, or if continued access would be unlawful or operationally harmful.
You may stop using the service at any time, and you can delete your account in-app from App and Support → Delete My Data.
On Tour is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, On Tour and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or on our website.
