On Tour is a mobile app for golf groups to organize tours, manage events, track scores, share content, and stay connected. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have.

- Location data: if you allow it, we use your device location to power nearby discovery, mapping, venue distance, and weather features.
- Device and usage data: device identifiers, app version, crash data, diagnostics, performance data, screen usage, and interaction events.

5. Sharing of Information
We share information only as needed to operate the service.
- Within your tours: profile details, scores, posts, media, RSVPs, chat activity, and other tour content can be visible to other members according to the feature you use.
- Service providers: we use providers for infrastructure, database and storage, notifications, analytics, diagnostics, maps, payments, email, and AI features.
- Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect users, or investigate misuse.
- Business changes: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. AI Features
On Tour offers AI-assisted features such as avatar generation, logo generation, and caddie-style assistance. When you use those features, the prompts, images, and other relevant inputs you provide may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate the requested output.
You should not submit sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads unless it is necessary for the feature you are intentionally using.
7. Permissions
Depending on the features you use, the app may request access to:
- camera, to capture profile images and shared content
- photo library, to upload or save images
- location, for nearby venues, mapping, and weather experiences
- notifications, for invites, messages, score updates, and reminders

8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal obligations. Some backup or audit records may remain for a limited period after deletion.
9. Your Choices and Rights

- you can disable location, camera, photo, and notification permissions
- you can opt out of non-essential marketing emails where offered
- you can delete your account in-app from App and Support → Delete My Data
- you can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion support where applicable
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS in transit, access controls, secure authentication flows, and platform security features. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. By using On Tour, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed outside your home jurisdiction.
